Mobbing & Discrimination Support

What is included in the service?

  • We begin by meeting with you — in person or online — to listen carefully to your account of the situation. We assess whether the conduct constitutes mobbing (e.g., systematic harassment) or discrimination (e.g., on grounds of gender, age, or origin), and advise whether you have a strong basis for action with reference to the applicable labour law provisions.
  • We advise you on how to document incidents in a legally secure manner — keeping dated notes, preserving emails, identifying witnesses, making recordings (where lawful), and obtaining medical records where relevant. We help you organise all evidence robustly and ready for use in any potential dispute.
  • Filing a formal complaint with your employer — Rather than proceeding directly to court, we typically begin with a formal internal complaint to management or HR. We draft a letter on your behalf that clearly describes the situation with reference to applicable law and demands corrective action (such as the reassignment of the perpetrator or training for the team). 
  • Should your employer wish to conduct a formal hearing or include you in an internal investigation, we will prepare you thoroughly and attend alongside you.
  • If your employer is willing to engage in dialogue, we will be with you throughout the mediation process. We will help negotiate appropriate compensation, including financial damages.
  • We prepare the statement of claim and represent you at every hearing.
