What is included in the service?

  • We will meet with you at our office or online and answer all your questions. We will identify the options available to you and outline the advantages and disadvantages of each course of action.
  • We will prepare all necessary documentation – whether a termination notice, a settlement agreement, an email to your employer, or any other document you may require.
  • We will review your employment contract, notice of termination, bonus scheme, employee equity arrangements, and any other documentation received from your employer.
  • We will liaise with your employer and take over communications with the Management Board and HR department, keeping you informed of all developments throughout. 
  • We will prepare you for negotiations with your employer at the highest levels,  advising not only on the applicable legal framework but also on prevailing market practices.
