My Experience

I have been specializing in labor law for over 10 years. I built my expertise by advising major Polish employers, which has taught me how to navigate complex organizational structures and thrive in dynamic business environments.

I guide clients through the entire ’employee life cycle.’ I provide comprehensive support to HR departments in their daily challenges – from drafting employment contracts and managing overtime to handling employee separations.

My role 

In our firm, my primary focus is on litigation. I take full responsibility for managing employee conflicts – both directly in the courtroom and during challenging settlement negotiations.

I built my expertise in labor law and personal rights. I have successfully litigated and won high-profile cases that received significant media coverage. 

On a daily basis, I also support employees in their private professional matters. I advise on the best strategies for separating from an employer and provide guidance on how to navigate discussions with HR departments.
