My Experience

I consult daily with representatives of corporations, legal departments and HR teams regarding their strategic challenges. I have been doing this for nearly 20 years, collaborating with both Polish employers and international capital groups. 

Having spent many years in Germany, I have not only mastered the language but also gained deep insight into the operations of foreign-owned companies. I can help you structure the employment of personnel in Poland working for global entities. We can communicate in English, German, or Polish.

My experience also includes working directly within client structures as an in-house lawyer in the media industry. In the media sector, everything moves rapidly: there is no room for error or second chances. One must constantly reconcile the interests of the board, marketing, and legal compliance. This experience has shifted my perspective on legal advisory, everyone who comes to the legal department expects a green light, not a handbrake.

My role 

In our firm, I am responsible for the strategic planning of the cases we handle. I define the direction and ensure that our clients’ objectives are consistently met. I consult on the most complex and sensitive employment matters, specifically those requiring an ‘out of the box’ perspective on organizational challenges. I support employers in navigating reputational crises, including situations where employees escalate issues to the media.
