Marta Sikora

I gained my professional experience at international law firms and the Supreme Court.
My Experience
I developed my expertise as a lawyer at major international law firms. This experience taught me high level legal drafting and the preparation of complex pleadings. I gained first hand insight into legal project management, often conducted under intense time pressure.
Furthermore, I collaborated directly with judges during my tenure at the Supreme Court of Poland, specifically within the Labor and Social Security Chamber. This role provided me with a unique perspective on judicial deliberations and allowed me to understand exactly what courts prioritize when reviewing counsel’s submissions.
My role
At our firm, I am responsible for conducting case law research, drafting initial versions of pleadings, and systematizing the content of legal documentation. I also support our team during court hearings by preparing detailed reports of the proceedings, which are shared with clients after final review. Additionally, I manage the firm’s litigation calendar and ensure the timely filing and dispatch of all legal submissions.
Why clients value my support?
For the precision and diligence I bring to document preparation. The materials I produce are professional, highly legible and structured with clarity, ensuring a high standard of presentation.
