My Experience 

As a litigator with a wealth of experience in complex civil and commercial disputes, I have gained a ‘behind the scenes’ understanding of how business partners clash during times of crisis. While legal regulations are fundamental, I believe it is equally vital to focus on the client’s ultimate objectives and the commercial viability of every decision.

My role

In our firm, I am responsible for providing strategic support to employers, encompassing both ‘day to day’ advisory and representation before courts of all instances. I address the daily inquiries of HR departments, business owners and in-house counsel. I actively participate in internal grievance committees investigating employee reports. Additionally, I support and represent clients in termination processes involving both employees and executive management.
