My experience

I have built my expertise by representing both major corporations and individual clients in litigation. This unique combination has allowed me to understand the actual dynamics of people in difficult professional relationships and identify the underlying factors that lead disputes to the courtroom.

My Practice 

In our firm, I work shoulder-to-shoulder with HR teams, legal departments, and management. My practice encompasses both handling complex litigation and providing strategic operational advisory. I chair internal grievance committees investigating allegations of mobbing or discrimination.

I consult on employee terminations and difficult separations to minimize litigation risk. I assist in structuring and implementing internal procedures (work regulations, anti-mobbing policies), ensuring that companies remain compliant with dynamic changes in the legal landscape.
