Team versus leader – how to react to an employee rebellion?

We usually associate mobbing with the misconduct of a boss toward a team. Sometimes, however, it is the leader who faces a wall of resistance from their closest subordinates. This is especially true when the organization has hired them to implement significant changes. Such reverse mobbing involves constant disputes, failure to perform tasks, and spreading rumors about the superior. We call this “staffing.”
In this episode, we consider what a leader can do when faced with staffing. Whether and how they should react? Can they request support from HR or the board? Does such a person have formal legal claims against their employer?
